Kanva applies industry best practices.

However, Kanva Digital does not guarantee:

Specific Google rankings
Specific traffic increases
Specific revenue increases
Specific business outcomes

Third-Party Services

Kanva Digital is not responsible for:

Hosting outages
Domain issues
Plugin vendor issues
Search engine policy changes
Third-party platform changes

Cancellation

The Client may cancel the project before work begins.

If work has already started, fees may apply for completed work and time invested.

Ownership

Upon full payment:

The Client owns project deliverables
The Client retains ownership of supplied content

Kanva Digital retains ownership of proprietary processes, templates, and internal methods.

Limitation of Liability

Kanva Digital’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the project.
