- Review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe
Project delays caused by missing information or delayed responses may affect delivery schedules.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Work may require full or partial payment before commencement
- Invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice
- Late payments may delay project delivery
Kanva Digital reserves the right to suspend work until outstanding balances are paid.
5. Revisions
Reasonable revisions related to the agreed scope of work may be included.
Requests that significantly expand the original project scope may require additional fees and a revised quotation.

Projects may involve third-party services such as:

- Domain registrars
- WordPress plugins

- Payment processors
Kanva Digital is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
7. Search Engine Optimization Disclaimer
Search engine rankings are influenced by many factors outside Kanva Digital’s control.
Kanva Digital does not guarantee:
- Specific search engine rankings
- Specific traffic levels
- Specific sales or revenue results
- Inclusion in search engine indexes
SEO recommendations are provided based on industry best practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanva Dgital shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Consequential losses
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Loss of data
Our total liability relating to any project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant services.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients retain ownership of content they provide
- Clients receive rights to deliverables after full payment is received
- Kanva Digital retains ownership of proprietary methods, templates, processes, and tools used during project delivery
10. Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project before work begins.
If work has already commenced, fees may be charged for completed work and time already invested.
11. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services and consulting work, completed services are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests for work not yet started may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
